1. SaaS Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
2. Lead Credits
Unused lead credits are non-refundable.
3. One-Time Purchases
Digital products may be eligible for refund within 14 days if:
- Service was not delivered
- Service had critical defects

- Email used for purchase
- Reason for request
5. Processing
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.
6. Exceptions
No refunds for:
- Services already rendered
- Lead credits already used
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
